Create Memories That Last A Lifetime
We offer week-long vacations to selected families where they can relax and enjoy their time together. Because the number of applicants exceeds available vacation weeks, a fair and objective selection process has been established to select families with the greatest need.
For the above application deadline, applications are currently being accepted for these properties:
- Rockport, MA Beach House, weeks in 2025:
– May 17-24
– September 20-27 - Hebron, NH Lake House, weeks in 2025:
– June 21-28
– October 18-25

Who is Eligible?
We understand that need takes many forms, and our eligibility criteria is designed to address that.
Eligible families will be experiencing a life event in which they suffered a loss and are grieving. This also includes anticipatory grief, families that may want to have their “final vacation” before someone dies in cases where a family member is diagnosed with a terminal illness. Families must live in New England.
We define a family as one or more adults over the age of 25 and children accompanied by a legal guardian. Family size may not exceed the specified number of guests that property can accommodate, and may include extended family members.
There is a limit of one free vacation per family. If you do not receive a free vacation on your initial application, you are welcome to submit again in future years.
Who Can Refer a Family?
Families may be referred by:
- Themselves
- Medical professionals, social workers, clergy or teachers
- Extended family members with detailed knowledge of the family’s situation
- Legal guardian
To respect family privacy, it is essential that a referrer who is not part of the immediate family discusses the vacation opportunity with the family before submitting an application.
What is the Application Timeline?
Applications are accepted throughout the year, with decisions announced annually. Here is an overview of the process:
- Application deadline is May 1, 2025
- Please include any photos, videos, or additional information to help us learn more about your family and you.
- Vacation recipients will be notified by May 20, 2025
